2 GB Flash Memory Unit for VZU-1

2 GB Flash Memory Unit is a Solid-state divice used for flight mission planning system of MiG-29 UPG Aircraft. flight mission related data can be stored into flash memory unit through computerized text bench and then loaded into VZU-1 system of Aircraft. During aircraft flight, the flight data is recorded into flash memory unit, which can be used by pilot for de-brifing.

Ground Checking Panel PNP132B-1

This panel facilitates user to carryout in situ functional checks and re-tuning of KRD-99B unit. Panel also can be used in lab conditions together with use of PNP-132B-2 tester for functional checks of KRD-99B unit and tuning of channels PYB-1, PyB-2 PTГ and KYO for assigned parameters of article 99 without installation of KRD-99B on aircraft.

Ground checking panel PNP132B-1 is useful to identify and localize the faults and re-tuning of complex engine regulator KRD-99B unit of AL-31FP aero engine.

Special Armament Circuit Tester (WCS Tester)

Special Armament Circuit tester is having the capacity to check full serviceability of onboa ACS of Sukhoi-30MKI Aircraft directly from adaptor beam as well as through all types of launchers/bomb racks. It is indigenous replacement of import version WCS-TEST (IAF GIG No. 1372653).

Because of capability of interface with launchers/bomb racks, it also can be used as an indigenous in-lieu of import version KPZ-30PL set of ZI-testers (WPN) (IAF GIG No. 1180992).

Main Test Panel for KRD-99B (AIPL-63653859)

Test Panel AIPL - 63653859 of Electronic Engine Controller (KRD-99B) is useful for checking & adjusting KRD-99B in laboratory condition to confirm its performance prior to installation on engine AL-31FP. The test panel AIPL - 63653859 is compati- ble with both 651.320.028 and 651.320.044 version of KRD-99B installed on aircraft engine.

The test panel simulates the various engine-operating conditions on ground. The test panel consists of LED indicators for displaying engines parameter, toggle switches for selecting mode and for ON & OFF operation, selector switches for selecting different modes & fuses for safety purpose.

Control Testing Equipment (FBW Tester)

This indigenously developed Control Testing Equipment i.e. Fly-By-Wire Tester is useful for overall serviceability checks, tuning and for identifying aggregate level fault in onboard Fly-By-Wire system of Sukhoi-30 MKI Aircraft. Tester can be inter faced with onboard Fly-By-Wire system by means of interconnecting looms. This tester is direct replacement of Russian version tester PP-283.

Indigenous Control Testing Equipment is direct replacement of Russian version tester PP-283.

Portable NCDC Reader for SSDVRS

Sukhoi-30 MKI, MIG-29UPG, Jaguar Aircraft of Indian Air Force are equipped with Solid State Digital Video / Audio Recording System (SSDVRS). During sortie, SSDVRS can record up to 4 multiple video / audio channels simultaneously in removable 'Net Centric Data Cartridge (NCDC). NCDC can be removed from aircraft for post sortie de-brief using Ground Reply System (GRS).

Ground Reply System (GRS) supplied by OEM is basically desktop computer based bulky system and it is tedious task to transport it from one place to another, specifically when squadron moves to other location from its home base on temporary duty

In order to eliminate the requirement of transportation of bulky GRS system; Portable NCDC reader had been indigenously developed, which can be used to read and erase (format) NCDC during de-brief with the help of any laptop having OEM supplied software console of GRS inside.
